Using Price Overrides Report

1. At the Beginning and Ending Ship Date fields, enter the starting and ending date for the report or press Enter to accept the current system default dates.

2. A Select An Option window will appear displaying the sales reps defined in the system. Select one, several, or ALL SALES REPS. An asterisk (*) will appear, confirming your selection. Select EXIT to continue.

3. At the Page Break by Sales Rep (Y/N) field, enter Y (Y=yes) to have the report print separate pages for each sales rep selected or enter N (N=no) to have the report print on consecutive pages.

4. A Select An Option window will appear displaying the price master(s) defined in the system. Select one, several, or ALL price masters for the report. Select EXIT to continue.

5. You may specify a tolerance for the report, to limit the report to only the sales orders and items found outside of the tolerance level. The report will include all sales orders with a selling price higher or lower than the base price. Enter a number in the Tolerance field. A Select An Option window will appear. Select whether the number that was just entered refers to a percentage of the sales price or dollar per unit on any item (i.e.: 5% or $ .05/unit). Enter 0 to include all price overrides.

If records are found for the date range specified, command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.
